Cyrano's Cafe
The main thing we have done at Cyrano's is purchase locally. We have speciality items like coffee (Northwest Coffee), ice cream (Quezel), produce (Sun Farm). Some of the produce is organic along with some coffees, and all coffee is Fair Trade. Several people on our staff now car pool. We use bio-degradable cleaning products, especially grease cutting agents. We also filter our water which also reduces the use of chemicals in dishwashing.
